The Hardcover is being re-published. For fuck's sake don't waste your $$$ on some stupid cunting inflated asshole trying to spin it out for $thousands. I'm only bitter 'cos I'm not seeing a slice of the action.

The paperback is out on lulu and will be on Amazon soon. The new Hardcover will follow. :)
