I would like to firstly, direct your attention to the above article.

I would suggest that you read it, think about what it entails, then re-consider your decision of removing the said victim from the cheerleading squad. Next, I'd like you to put yourself in that situation, if you even have an ounce of empathy, and consider how you would feel if you were to be viciously and sexually attacked, and refused to support that person. Then, because you decided to reject that person, you lose your job and your attacker gets off on a lighter charge.

Honestly, I cannot believe that there are still monsters like you holding high positions in the schools today.


It seems that you put more importance on the school's sports teams than you do for the individual students.

May I  ask: How many students in your school are harassed and bullied by said athletes, and you do not even look into the accusations? Do you just let it go over your head, thinking, "It will pass, kids will be kids"?

I guarantee you, sir, that in the future, I would not be surprised if one of your students makes an act of violence towards the school.
