Just wait until you get arrested for trying to move into your new place.

That's interesting to know. I would have assumed it was used in the same fashion as the English word "carton". which is  derived from a French or Italian word meaning the same, if i recall correctly, but (the English word) is more often used of containers than the material. This does make me wonder about the usage in the other languages now.

Is that SCIENCEtalk for bottomless depression and apathy?

Down by the river?

Nope. That just means I don't have to rent one. I'm probably going to be toggling between my girlfriend's and a friend or two's place.

And my aunt agreed to take back my uncle's car, which I have no real use for and is still at my nana's house not starting up anyway. So, I'll have first, last and security soon.

"Karton" means "cardboard" in Dutch as well. But we don't use it to mean the container, just the material.

Cool, thanks for letting me know, Trip.  :)

WOO money for apartments is good. is it definite, or is just something on the table in case that other thing you were telling me about doesn't work out? (you know, the thing with roommate and chauffering, I forget the details).

Nephew Twiddleton

That's a definite thing. Even if I move in with the guy I would chauffeur, he owns a truck. He just can't drive it apparently. It is in Canton though, and I don't know how often the buses (if any) run out there.

Worst part about moving.

Having packed most of your stuff but not knowing what to do with the rest of it since the random junk box is mostly full. And by mostly I mean, you should fit more stuff in there for stability but nothing will fit without making it too heavy..

Fuck it, where's the poker set?

There.

Oh that's going to be a bitch to get out the door....

Wrong!  There are no best parts about moving.  Moving sucks balls.  All of it.  Even if you're moving somewhere awesome.  I know, because I am moving somewhere awesome, and I'm dreading having to pack all my shit up again in 14 months time, hire a van, throw boxes around the place etc.

Gonna have to agree with Cain, here. Moving is, objectively, one of The Worst Things.

Taking a legitimate day off of work to pack. This also requires boxes. You can get free boxes where they sell beer. The spanish word for beer box is apparently caja. I will miss that bodega.

home alone so i can make loud belches that sound somewhat like a dog barking. Right. Now onto the cds since the books are done.

And the worst part is trying to figure out how to fit 2000 lbs. of Twiddle into 5 beer boxes?
