What it shows is that the chemical composition of what was once water has been altered to no longer be water.

By the addition of salt and shaking? While Pergamos is actually quite right, this experiment does not prove that homeopathy works, it does prove that if you take a substance, dilute it in water,

[shake it, replace 99% by pure water]

and repeat this process 15 times, thereby achieving a "concentration" of 10^-30, the resulting liquid, while in all likelihood containing only water molecules has a different physical property to a liquid consisting exclusively of water molecules that was not been prepared in this way.^*  I think the rejection from Roger and from you is simply based on the dogmatic notion that water cannot behave in this way.

^*Note that this is regardless of whatever "chemical reaction" occurs between the water and the substance that was initially mixed in with it, though, in this particular case, the only remotely chemical change that occurs when you dissolve salt in water is that the NaCl crystals fall apart into Na⁺ and Cl^- ions.

Well this is what you said:

This implies that for some reason, those two chemicals are now part of the actual water, which means that you're not looking at proper H2O anymore, since any detectability below the Avogadro constant means that the original chemical in question simply isn't there (or rather, that the number of atoms in a mol are too low to be measured).

You are discounting the possibility that those salts did something to the water (you know, possibly not the molecules, but the structure of the water) and then left. Despite the fact that this sort of thing quite unproblematically happens, say when you magnetize a piece of iron using a magnet. The difference may simply be that the mechanism is understood in the case of magnets, not understood (yet) in the case of water. There are no good grounds for discounting that possibility, and this experiment (if it's genuine, I guess that'll come next) is actually good reason to think it is in fact the case.
