If he was going to bail, the day we all pretended we were French and marched around Providence in the scorching heat was a good one.  He's just never had friends that do wacky things before, so I really think I'm an endless source of amusement to him somehow.

Yeah, she got called on her assertion (backed up by some hipster youtube vid) that saying "I hate straights" is different from "I hate homosexuals" or "I hate Blacks".  When I questioned this, I was told to "check my privilege" (which is hipster for "shut up" and/or SCREEEECH).  I watched the video, and the guy was saying it's okay to hate straights because he's terrified of them.  I came back to ask Garbo if the guy didn't just justify the "Gay panic defense" (ie, fear is an excuse for bigotry), but she had already flounced.

I don't think I like her much.  She has gone from an egilatarian to a bigot.

On a side note, didnt know Garbo=J.G., but from some vague recollections, it makes sense.

She seemed pretty cool up to that point. It's kind of a bummer when pretty cool people defend their pet prejudice beyond the realm of reason.

Grades for my remaining two classes were posted... I now know that I am capable of getting straight A's taking 17 credits with a house full of teenager drama.

Now that I know this, I never have to test it again. Ever. 12-14 credits is plenty.

I missed the whole thing. Probably since the word prefix cis was involved (is meaningless to me unless used to form the compound words Cislunar and Cisalpine Gaul). I got the sense that there was a bit of... I don't know what... going on. But some labels are just irrelevant to me. What are cishet man tears, and does that mean that I have cis-bi-cis-hetero masculine ocular leakage?

I got 3-4 quarters left till I graduate. I honestly have no fucking plan after this. I'll still have GI Bill benefits after that, but I really don't think that going for a masters degree is a good idea for me for some reason.
