Well, most people's sane (along with bad crazy) is what I would call "crazy"; Likewise, good crazy is what I would call sane.

Well, sure, according to the dictionary definition.

The thing I've been getting from this forum in the way of advice on how to attract guys that aren't pre-neckbeard or as "a friend" is for me to go crazy.

I'm sure that doesn't look right...

I'm trying to think here, but it's actually a pretty thick line. There's good crazy and bad crazy. Villager's not bad crazy.

Actually, she's a total sweetheart. She does frighten me sometimes though. :lulz:

I've seen her smile.  You can't fool me.

I will admit, when she smiles she looks like she's up to no good.

When she smiles, I feel like a very small bug on a plate.

She seems very nice, from my limited experience talking to her in IRC and here.

But I have The Fear.

She is quite the delightful person. Just don't get her wrath up. I've annoyed her. I prefer to leave it at that. I don't want my nuts to shrivel from eye lasers.

I don't care what she looks like, as long as she's cool and smart.

Women have the track record for this, but you guys (okay, not PD guys) make us look like shallow trophy hunters OH WAIT.

/peeve about media portrayal and subtext and shit.

It depends on the guy. My criteria are:

Does she make me happy or miserable?
Can I get it up (depends largely on happy factor)?
Do I have at least a few things in common with her?
Is she ok with me being overly talkative and fairly silent?
Can she usually understand what I'm on about even if she disagrees?

There are certain physical cues that I dig, of course, but the checklist above is my main barometer.

Villager makes me happy rather than miserable.
I've been with her for 2+ years, so...
She's a musician (hey, even same band) and a history major, and has a similar sense of humor, pun prone though she is. I also got her into Trek, so she's diggin' the sci-fi now as opposed to just the horror movies she was raised on. We always have something to talk about.
She likes it when I talk, but likewise is cool if I just sit there.
She does know what my point of view is, even if she disagrees with it.

Physical cues: curly brunette hair, near-sighted, not anorexic, mischievous smile, blue eyes (it should be noted that my physical cues vary wildly, but generally come in predictable combinations).

Mostly this spaggotry is stemming from an apparent lack of decent males in the Tucson area, and me being angry about it.

My list of requirements:
Morals
Brain
Dick
Time

Shapes and colors vary wildly, but obesity is generally a turn off.  Smaller details can be applied as they come up.
