I think I'm going to try arroz con pollo.

Would it be ok to use some summer squash, do you think?

I don't see why not.  I'd jsut add it in later in cookign to steam gently in the rice, so it's still a bit crisp, or sautee it first maybe.

Anyone ever think about how Richter inhabits the same reality as you and just scream and scream and scream, but in a good way?   :lulz:

LMNO

last night I made an awesome shish kebab, with ground spiced meat packed around skewers, and a salad made of roast fennel, onion, tomato, cucumbers, olives, and feta.

I think I need to buy a food truck and roll around town cooking and selling stuff to people.

Yesterday Mrs WHN and I went to this restaurant in Freeport called Azure.  I had the Azure burger featuring bacon and Gorgonzola cheese crumbles.  The bun was homemade and was also fantastically yummy.  So, if you're ever in Freeport, Maine.  I highly recommend the place.

Nice.  Been a while since I did pizza, but then again I did dozens of pizzas in the space of two months, so...
